Podiatry

Our podiatrists specialise in the health of feet, ankles, and lower limbs. They can help to prevent, diagnose, and treat a wide range of disorders including sprains, arch/heel pain, nail conditions, diabetic and chronic diseases of the feet and lower limbs.

Social Workers

Our social workers provide a variety of services including comprehensive assessments, discharge planning, education and training, advocacy, crisis intervention, counselling, and referrals. After a diagnosis of a disability or dementia, a catastrophic injury, or an acquired brain injury our social workers are here to support you to navigate your health journey, coordinate your multidisciplinary team, work with you to assess your needs and help you to access services and resources to improve the quality of your life.

Counselling

Our counselling services are completely confidential and can be utilised by anyone of any age. Whether you’re in a crisis or you just want someone to talk to, our counsellors can assist with a variety of services such as:

  • Setting and achieving goals on your HCP, CACP or NDIS plan
  • Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Trauma, Abuse, Self esteem
  • Coping after a diagnosis of a disability, dementia, acquired brain injury, catastrophic injury or chronic health condition
  • Parenting
  • Helping you process a major life change
  • Offering emotional support to Carers and families
  • Supporting you and your loved ones throughout the palliative care process including grief and loss
  • Addiction
  • Budgeting and financial management
  • Supporting you to quit smoking or lose weight
  • Teaching you communication skills to assist you in managing your interpersonal relationships
  • Support you with behavioural change management

Counselling is offered 7 days a week via appointment and can be provided face to face, via Telehealth or tele-conference.

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists provide an evidenced based physiotherapy service to facilitate your long-term health and wellbeing, including a variety of services such as:

  • Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for movement issues
  • Development of treatment programs
  • Development of exercise programs
  • Injury treatment
  • Manual therapy, such as massage and joint manipulation
  • Electrotherapy, such as ultrasound and TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation)
  • Technique correction
  • Taping and splinting
  • Advice on mobility aids

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists (OT’s) work with all conditions to address each person’s individual needs, with a wide range of equipment, tools, and strategies at their disposal to help you live safely and independently.

Our OT’s offer a variety of services, such as:

  • Functional Assessment
  • Cognitive Assessment
  • Home Assessment
  • Home Modifications
  • Falls Prevention
  • Neurological Rehab – stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury
  • Equipment and Assistive Technology Prescriptions

Dietitians

Eating well is the key to feeling good. Our expert dietitians can work with you, your family, and your GP to customise and optimise your diet to improve your health and quality of life, while at the same time treating and preventing a range of chronic health conditions. This service takes the fuss out of food preparation and encourages appetite and good eating habits. Backed by clinical evidence and delivered by qualified health practitioners and food preparation experts.

Improving nutrition can make a big difference to your health, lifespan, and quality of life. This dietitian service is designed to help you prepare nutritious, tasty meals to enhance overall wellbeing.
